Policy Reforms and Fiscal Challenges: Lessons from Balochistan

Two landmark events in 2010 – the 18th Constitutional Amendment and the 7th National Finance Commission Award – enlarged the scope of provincial autonomy, but at the same time, transferred a large component of governance and development responsibilities to the provinces. In this context, PRIME Institute together with the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom, organised a seminar on November 3, 2015 at Serena, Quetta.

The main purpose of the seminar was to analyse: State of Law & Order, State of Health Management, State of Financial Management and Path to Development in Balochistan.
