Nasir Mehmood is widely regarded as one of the few multi-faceted professionals of global repute from the region, with expertise across a broad spectrum of businesses ranging from manufacturing to ship breaking, investments and real estate.

He has over two decades of experience in business with humble beginnings as an entrepreneur in Pakistan where he started with textile manufacturing and sourcing along with venture financing and then in the US venturing into the textile import business and then finally establishing operations in the UAE. In 2001-2002, he envisaged great potential in Real Estate sector in UAE and moved to Dubai. As of 2011, he has delivered 5 Commercial Office Tower projects totalling to more than 3MM sq. ft.

Current developments include purpose built high end apartments and condos in the Meydan area and the Dubailand residential complex. Currently, he serves as the Group Managing Director and the vision behind all ventures under the umbrella of the Fatima Group of Companies. He is frequently called upon to share his expertise in the areas of entrepreneurship and real estate at leading academic institutions in the UAE and Pakistan.

On the community front, he is associated with the Rashid Paediatric Center and Pakistan Association Dubai. He was the former Director and General Secretary of the Pakistan Business Council and is currently in his second term as the President of The Alumni of Cadet College Petaro.
