Mr. Anas Farhan brings with him vast diversified practical experience spanning over two decades. He has been working as Vice President in the Tax Department of Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) since October 2017. Prior to that, he held important positions in numerous organizations, including the Tax Reforms Unit (TRU), Finance Department, Government of the Punjab, where he actively participated in Punjab’s revenue mobilization process and has remained involved in the preparation of Punjab’s revenue budgets for FY2016-17 & FY2017-18. He has also worked in Kot Addu Power Company Limited (KAPCO), Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA), and Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (PCSIR) in roles related to tax, treasury, budgeting and accounting. Early in his career, he received training from Asad Fouad, Chartered Accountants – an Islamabad based audit, tax and business consultancy firm.
Mr. Farhan holds an MBA (Finance), MA (Economics), CA (Inter) and Associateship of the Institute of Bankers Pakistan (AIBP) certification.
