Bilal Ijaz Gilani is the Executive Director of Gallup Pakistan, a role he’s held since 2009. A public intellectual and expert in opinion research, he has led projects ranging from socio-political and financial studies to digital inclusion and behavioral economics. In May 2024, he was appointed to the Board of the Gallup International Association, where he brings his deep experience to global public opinion research leadership.
