Imtiaz Bhatti is Visiting Faculty at the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi. He has served in senior roles with the Government of Sindh, including Deputy Secretary (Power) and Assistant Commissioner, and has also worked with USAID and the Sindh Devolved Social Services Program on institutional development and governance.
