Dr. Manzoor Ahmad has extensive experience in customs, trade, and policy, having served as Pakistan’s Ambassador to the WTO, Member (Customs) FBR, and Deputy Director at the World Customs Organization. He currently works as an independent consultant, chairs a WTO dispute panel, and is associated with several think tanks, including PIDE and IPR.
