Zafarullah Khan is a civic educator and former Executive Director of the Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Services and the Centre for Civic Education. He writes on democratic development, has authored a book on citizens’ fundamental rights published by the Senate of Pakistan, and is a recipient of the National Human Rights Award.
