Dr. Ikram-ul-Haq is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan specializing in constitutional, corporate, media, ML/CFT, IT, intellectual property, arbitration, and international tax laws. Holding an LLD in tax laws with a focus on transfer pricing, he co-founded Huzaima & Ikram in 1996 and is its chief partner, as well as a partner in Huzaima Ikram & Ijaz. He serves as Chief Editor of Taxation, country editor for the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation, and is a member of the International Fiscal Association. A Visiting Faculty member at LUMS and Visiting Senior Fellow at PIDE, he has co-authored numerous books on Pakistan’s tax system and legal frameworks.
