Zafar U. Ahmed has worked in the development sector for over thirty years with and for international and national organizations, including UN agencies, Rural Support Programs of Pakistan and others.  Recently he wrote a book “Pakistan: Principles of Public Policy Redefined – how to fast track progress and win over citizens”.
