Dr. Manzoor Ahmad is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Policy Research Institute of Market Economy (PRIME) and a Senior Fellow with the Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE). Previously, he has held various senior positions in the government and in international organizations. These include Pakistan’s Ambassador to WTO at Geneva; Director, Food and Agriculture Organization to the United Nations, Geneva; Deputy Director, World Customs Organization, Brussels; Member Customs, Federal Board of Revenue, Islamabad; and Chairman/Member Board, Pakistan LNG Ltd. He is a regular columnist on economic issues.
